Mr. B and I don't usually do much of the typical lovey-dovey stuff on V-Day, but we try to acknowledge one another on this day of hearts and mushiness. So I'm going to bake some vegan chocolate chip cookies for my sweetheart. I got the recipe from The Post Punk Kitchen (all of Isa Chandra's books that I've read have been a lifesver for our vegan lifestyle). So here goes...I'm going to try to make them delicious and I'm going to try to get to work on time.

Okay, so I finished the cookies, got to work on time, and got a message from Mr. B saying "I'm the Cookie Monster, and you're the Cookie Ninja". Haha! I guess he was impressed with my sneaky baking skills :) Hope you enjoy these photos!
