I've decided to train for another half-marathon! This is really exciting stuff because I ran a half-marathon in 2010 and promptly stopped running until a few weeks ago. I've had this feeling all along that I need to be running, it's just that I allowed myself to get "too busy" a.k.a. "LAZY".

I'm following Hal Higdon's 30-week training schedule (called
Novice Supreme, nonetheless) and I'll be running the
Huntington Beach Marathon on Superbowl Sunday, 2013. I'm super grateful for the
MapMyRun app because it's keeping me on-track and helping me map routes and time my runs.

The best thing about the marathon training is that Mr. B is joining me! He hasn't committed to the idea of running the marathon, seeing as he's never been a runner, but so far he has joined me in all my training! Also, my ex-roommate and current sister-in-law will be joining me! We ran the half-marathon together in 2010 so I know we'll be a great team.
I'll keep you posted about my progress!
