Okay, so I've been residing under a black cloud lately. I admit it. I have no idea why, and I know that in order to break free I need to figure it out, right? But in the meantime, there is no reason why I can't start working toward some positivity. So I downloaded a bunch of meditations, audiobooks and podcasts about changing my self-talk and promoting loving kindness. So far, they're pretty great! I'm definitely a sponge for this stuff right now.
